During this time I've helped build multidisciplinary teams, define processes, identify opportunities, and nurture creative talent.

I'm a hands-on problem solver who believes creativity is a skill everyone can develop, and that being creative — regardless of discipline — means approaching challenges with curiosity and passion to find a better solution.
